Withdrawal without explanation

Reimbursement

The return mechanism is determined by the payment method selected by the Customer.

If payment is made through an online payment platform, the refund will be paid immediately to the Customer’s account.

In the case of cash on delivery, it will be necessary to supply the bank details, namely IBAN (27 characters) and SWIFT code, in order for the money to be returned to the account.

We understand that finding the proper colour from a computer screen can be challenging, so we are pleased to swap your unopened HAIRBYGLORIAA hair extension for a set of the correct colour within fourteen (14) days after receiving your order.

We only return things that have not been opened, worn, or tampered with for sanitary reasons.

Using human hair extensions is a clean practise. For the protection of all of our customers, we DO NOT ALLOW opened products to be returned since we take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously.

We are not alone in this; other providers of hair extensions also prohibit returns of items that have been opened.

All HAIRBYGLORIAA Hair Extensions must be returned unopened in the original packaging and must not be disfigured in any manner, otherwise an exchange will not be provided. All exchanges must include a copy of your invoice.

We will then send you our return address and instructions,  where the swapped item will be evaluated to see if you are eligible for an exchange. Opened items will not be exchanged.

Wigs are considered hygienic products and can spread lice and dandruff from one head to another, so they cannot be returned and cannot be sold to another consumer.
