Within Italy, delivery costs are a flat rate of 10 euros; outside of Italy, they are 20 euros.

Policy for Returns/Refunds
Since wigs are hygienic products, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the order being delivered.

These reasons are not accepted as customers must have tried wig on their head and can’t be given to another customer, cause wigs are part of hygienic product and can transfer lices and dandruff from one head to another.
Also note that return shipping fee will be paid by customer and if refund/return that do not fall to this company policy but the customer still decide to return wig to company, a Customer will receive a refund, however the initial shipping and processing fee will be subtracted by 30 euros.
When a package is returned by the shipping company because the customer provided a wrong address or could not be reached to pick it up, the box is kept in the courier store and the customer declines to pick it up.
The entire shipping and processing cost (10 euros for customers in Italy and 20 euros for customers in Europe and 30 euros for the rest of the world) will be subtracted from the order total, and the remaining sum will be returned to the customer.
We will be pleased if all requirements are met.
If the customer’s wig is too small or large, we will be happy to accept its return right away, and the proper size will be shipped back to the customer as soon as possible.
Issues and damages
Please check your order when it arrives and let us know right away if anything is broken, damaged, or defective so we can look into it and make it right.
